updated artifacts to strip DOS crlf
The change makes it so that people making a build on windows can run
cassandra in linux without getting ^M error. added fixcrlf to the beginning of
the artifacts task.

added fixcrlf so builds on windows work on linux
if you do a build on windows, the .sh scripts have DOS crlf. To fix
that, I added ant fixcrlf to the task after the files are copied to the
dist.dir
