scence：now i use calcite on my web application
use and problem ：when rewrite
org.apache.calcite.schema.impl.AbstractSchema#getTableMap method ,i must to
provide all table scheme informations,but i only want to provide scheme when
my SQL actually use a table。because i don't want my application load many
schemes event if not to use.
