`-Dclippy::pedantic` is not added to test-lang-rust-clippy.yml because not all sugestions could be applied at the moment. Added `-Dclippy::cargo` to CI. `multiple_crate_versions` is needed because at the moment there are two versions of `heck` and `hashbrown` coming as transitive dependencies -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
