Please could you add the link the the review board patch - so it can easily be
found.
I suggest that the checkbox be the other way round. As discussed on the API
Jira for this. the default behavior should be to get active entries. I suggest
we have a UI checkbox called "Include historical entities", which by default is
not set. I think this would be a more intuitive UI experience.
