Currently TypesREST exposes individual CRUD APIs for
enum/struct/classification/entity, this proposed change consolidates all calls
into the bulk API CRUD calls. GETs might still be needed for the individual
types so those remain untouched.
AtlasClient will also be updated to reflect this change.
