Javadoc is lacking in the following interfaces:
* DocumentSource
* LocalCopyFactory
as well as the following classes:
* ByteArrayDocumentSource
* FileDocumentSource
* HTTPDocumentSource
* StringDocumentSource
* MemCopyFactory
Obtaining input from DocumentSource's is an important aspect of using Any23 in
a robust manner. We should improve the process by clarifying when each should
be used and exposing specifics within each implementation.
