Hi Devs,I will start a discussion here about some topics about upgrading iceberg to 1.6.1 As far as I know, the last JDK8 version supported by the iceberg community is 1.6.X. The iceberg community only supports the latest 3 versions of Spark/Flink strategies when we upgrade iceberg to 1.6.X I suggest that Amoro 0.8 can promote iceberg support 1.6.X as one of the issues. Spark 3.2 Mixed Format need to be removed in 1.6.X and add Spark 3.3 by default version for Mixed Format Flink 1.15/1.16/1.17 will need to be removed in 1.6.X, Flink 1.18 by default version for Mixed Format. And Flink LTS Version is 1.20, iceberg 1.6.x support flink version is 1.18/1.19/1.20 If you have other ideas, share on e-mail and concate to us
