It has conflicting information:
"For example, on Windows, you may wish to set OS_TARGET=WINNT."
and
"WINNT
"Build in an alternative way that makes use of special features like the
Windows fibers API."
When I read this (and various other sources), I decided to attempt WINNT
first.
