hi all,
the 3.13.* releases do not seem to include NSPR; for 3.12.* there used
to be a nss-*.tar.gz and a nss-*-with-nspr-*.tar.gz.
we use the nss-with-nspr tarball for building NSS in LibreOffice [1]; is
there any good reason why it is no longer provided?
if so, where to get a nspr release tarball, and where is the recommended
version for a given nss release documented?
