I can confirm that. This is annoying.

In my case the only version available is jss34.dll.

I have done this last week. I have tested many different versions. All
versions, except jss 3.4 (win954.0), needs lib(name).dll instead of
(name).dll. And all versions tested, except jss 3.4, crashes the jvm (fatal
error).
In other words, I'm frozen in this older version. Lucky for me it still
works.
