If the NSA PCMCIA cards use PKIX certificate standards and standard algorithms, the our code should still work (Assuming you have PKCS #11 drivers for your cards).
If the cards use SkipJack and KEA, then they won't work, and probably have not worked for 10 years or more.;). bob
