You should just be able to run through the 32-bit instructions for Windows with the addition of using the 64-bit mozilla-build scripts to launch your command shell and adding the USE_64=1 environment variable.
It may be slightly more complicated than that depending on which version of Visual Studio/Platform SDK you're using to 64-bit Windows compile with.
