Normally, execution shouldn't reach stubs.c:474 line. This happens if FreeBL
lib didn't initialize NSPR lib properly.
I do not know much about dynamic NSPR loading (keyword: FREEBL_NO_DEPEND). Read
[bug 438870] for further information.
