Please don't use NSPR 4.8.5.
The release tag got created without release testing and without
coordination. The NSPR/NSS team has decided to delete the CVS tag, which
I'll do shortly.
The next official release will be NSPR 4.8.6
I see that the new version has been RTM'd on the ftp server.
