I suggest you look at bug
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=479438
and see how the reporter of that problem drove his solution to completion,
then follow his example.  You already know how to solve this.  Make a
patch.  It's easy to try it yourself since it's just javascript (no
compiler necessary).  The info you need about bug product, component,
reviewer(s), etc., is all in the bug I cited above.  Please contribute.
