I believe Red Hat's NSS team can also sign the "Mozilla-JSS"
JCE providers.

In fact, you can apply for a signing certificate for "Mozilla-JSS"
for your organization from Sun.  The instructions are at
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/pki/jss/provider_notes.html#signed-jar
