No, under the assumption you're refering to http://esw.w3.org/Foaf%2Bssl
Contrary to "foaf+ssl" I'm not proposing any new protocols.
My proposal covers user interface enhancements and application behavior,
related to the existing SSL client auth and server auth protocols.
(Should "foaf+ssl" require that a user actively manages and selects
personal client auth certs when visiting sites, then "foaf+ssl" could
even benefit from my proposal, but they would complement one another.)
