You can also find the code charts online, in this case it's
http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U0000.pdf.

For U+002F (SOLIDUS), they actually don't list the character which
Jean-Marc was using (U+2571, BOX DRAWINGS LIGHT DIAGONAL UPPER RIGHT TO
LOWER LEFT), but two which are at least as "good":

U+2044 (FRACTION SLASH): www.example.com⁄test
U+2215 (DIVISION SLASH): www.example.com∕test

FWIW, these two also look fine in the URL bar in MSIE (but U+2571
doesn't, it's rendered with the generic "undefined character" box).
