FWIW, I think that should be fixed. mozilla.org is owned by the project. The project is currently is legally represented by the Foundation (that's its purpose). It's fine that the Corporation maintains the servers, but the Foundation must hold the end of the string that controls it all - both legally (board etc.) and technically (domain ownership, repo backup copy (which luckily everybody has, so no problem)).
