Thank you! Fantastic proposal, thanks for having the guts to challenge
status quo and seriously suggest that. I hope this is carried forward
and implemented and does not just die out.

Agreed.
I do think that these 20% are important, though. It's still 30 million
people. (And they're the ones giving advise to the other 80%.)
