At this point, because they're not subject to the same audits that Comodo is, and because the last WebTrust audit that anyone here can find any record of is in 2007, I find it difficult to believe that you have the "annual external audit".
Robin just gave us the link for the current WebTrust report. As I mentioned previously Comodo does perform a yearly audit. However, since no directory exists at WebTrust, the last audit I could find was the one published at the "Pending" page.
