As it turns out, the latest WebTrust report for SECOM Trust (for 2008)
is actually available from the WebTrust site [1]:

That leaves the WebTrust EV report. To my knowledge WebTrust still isn't
publishing EV reports at the official site, so we'll have to get that
separately.

[1] I find it annoying that WebTrust doesn't publish an index of
reports, so periodically I run a script to download all "sealfile" files
from the site by number; that's how I found this one just now.
