If the Perl binding code is under the MIT license then that's OK in 
terms of the Mozilla license policy. The MIT license is compatible with 
every open source license known to me, including the MPL/GPL/LGPL scheme 
we use for NSS and other code. We have MIT-licensed code in the Mozilla 
tree already, and I see no problem with just including such code in the 
NSS release.
