NSS v3.12 build failure on MacOSX 10.5

make[4]: ../../../config/./nsinstall: Command not found

Can anyone confirm whether v3.12 works at all on MacOSX Leopard?

I just downloaded and attempted to build nss+nspr v3.12 as per the following instructions: When an attempt is made to run "make nss_build_all", the build fails almost immediately with the following error:
