Yes. I fixed some links. None of the page text was changed.

To see all the NSS changes that might affect FF between FF 3.0 and FF
3.0.next, as of today, see
<http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsquery.cgi?treeid=default&module=NSS&branch=HEAD&branchtype=match&dir=mozilla%2Fsecurity%2Fnss%2Flib&file=&filetype=match&who=&whotype=match&sortby=Date&hours=2&date=explicit&mindate=2008-05-28+11%3A08&maxdate=2008-08-11+13%3A48&cvsroot=%2Fcvsroot>

Some PSM changes are shown at the URL below (I'm not sure it's complete):
<http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsquery.cgi?treeid=default&module=NSS&branch=HEAD&branchtype=match&dir=mozilla%2Fsecurity%2Fmanager&file=&filetype=match&who=&whotype=match&sortby=Date&hours=2&date=explicit&mindate=2008-05-28+11%3A08&maxdate=2008-08-11+13%3A48&cvsroot=%2Fcvsroot>

Are you sure that cert installation fails?
Or does cert manager simply fail to show the installed cert?

Hint: what tool (besides FF cert manager) can you use to check for
the presence of the cert?
