For the record, the NSS QA is done at Sun at the moment, and doesn't include the Mac platform because we don't have any Mac hardware - the main reason for that being that Sun doesn't ship servers on Mac. We test NSS on Solaris x86 and amd64, Sparc 32-bit and 64-bit, Linux x86 and amd64, PA RISC 32 and 64 bits, AIX 5.3 PPC 32 and 64 bits, Windows Server 2003 32 bits and 64 bits. signtool in 3.11.9 has been tested and is known to work on all those platforms. So if it doesn't work on Darwin, it's mostly a platform-specific issue.
