We need more info than that to be able to provide any meaningful reply. I gather that you viewed your cert using the certificate manager, and one of its many tabs reported internal error? What tab? Who's your issuer? Was your cert revoked? If you turn off OCSP revocation checking, does the result change? If so, what does it change to? What version of FF2, precisely, are you using? There were some versions of FF2 with buggy OCSP checking.
