No, it will not be included in the first release of Firefox 3.0. Firefox 
3 RC1 contains all the roots that will be in that release. Other roots, 
including this one, will be considered for inclusion in later update 
releases of Firefox 3 (e.g., 3.0.1, 3.0.2, etc.). Since almost all 
Firefox users get these update releases through the Firefox automated 
update mechanism, any new roots added will quickly be available to 
almost all Firefox users.

In terms of schedule, right now we have over 40 CA requests pending. I 
have someone else working with me now to help clear the backlog, but it 
still takes a lot of time to process each request. At present we are 
giving priority to CAs issuing Extended Validation certificates, since 
EV support is a major new feature in Firefox 3. However your request is 
relatively early in the queue, so once we get through the EV requests we 
should look at your request soon thereafter.
