Another thing I wanted to suggest:
It seems to me that Mozilla needs a decent tool in order to manage CAs,
their inclusion, approval, removal processes. The way Mozilla handles
the whole process currently and editing everything by hand isn't up to
the task really. Inclusion requests have accelerated tremendously during
the last two years and supposed that we need to manage EV audit status
etc. (one of the big arguments brought forward in favor of EV), we need
something better than that.
I might make suggestions (on how this tool should look) and even offer
to provide such a tool (with everything what it entails, including
access right, adequate security features etc), should Mozilla want and
request it from me.
