I will acquire the needed information in order to confirm their issuance 
requirements. As far as I know, GoDaddy requires revalidation of their 
long-term certificates and I'm going to update you and the list on that 
matter (of both CAs from above). Pointers such as these are useful and 
if you have more from other CAs please feel free to forward this 
information to me.

I understand that completely! Lets first confirm the issuance procedures 
and requirements of other CAs, you (or anybody else) suspects of being 
within the same range as yours and also evaluate with Frank (and others) 
about a possible approach on that matter. I promise to follow up latest 
at Monday morning on the two CAs from above (and other CAs if requested).
