Yes, it is a CRL file. I guess, we need to convert this to a .cer file in
order to import it. Correct me please if I'm wrong.

Actually I'm repackaging the browser for a study project that I'm working
on. As a part of this project, I need to repackage the browser to import a
CA root.

Please advice on how this can be done.
