Arun, Your question is really an XPCOM question and not an NSS or crypto question. I think that the readers of this alias are not XPCOM experts and that the XPCOM experts don't read this alias. So I suggest you take this question to another of mozilla's mailing lists/newsgroups. I suggest dev-platform (mozilla.dev.platform).
