The public comment period ended a while ago (my apologies for not 
following up immediately after its conclusion). To repeat what I wrote 
in comment #43 of bug 380635:

after considering the available information I've concluded that the two 
final issues raised (non-Latin characters and trial certificates) have 
been resolved to my satisfaction, and are not impediments to TÜRKTRUST's 
application being approved. I've therefore signaled my approval of this 
application in bug 380635, and will proceed to file an NSS bug for 
inclusion of the actual root CA certs.
