Today I was asked, for the very first time ever, if NSS supported DTLS.
(That's Datagram TLS, TLS for UDP.)

It seems like a good idea in principle, but do any protocols used in
browsers (or in other products that use NSS) have any standardized
use for it?

In other words, are there "secure" UDP protocols, that are to the more
common UDP protocols was HTTPS is to http, or IMAPS is to IMAP, that
are defined in RFCs or IDs, and are of interest to NSS users?
