If you used Firefox to enroll then you should pass your firefox profile 
dir as the path after the -d option.  On windows 2000/XP/2003 that is 
typically %UserProfile%\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<some 
random chars>.default.  If you are using another platform a quick google 
search should net you the profile dir fairly quickly.  Nelson would say 
at this point that accessing the Firefox certdb while the browser is 
running is dangerous and could result in corruption so make sure you 
close the browser before running your signver command.
