Figure that out but still encountered an error due to cygwin's style
for file path.

gmake[2]: Entering directory `C:/mozilla/mozilla/security/dbm/src'
cl  ....
/cygdrive/c/mozilla/mozilla/security/dbm/src/../../../dbm/src/h_bigkey.c

cl : Command line warning D9002 : ignoring unknown option
'/cygdrive/c/mozilla/m
ozilla/security/dbm/src/../../../dbm/src/h_bigkey.c'
cl : Command line error D8003 : missing source filename

VC++ is dumb and treat the path as an option.
