The function name should be PR_GetLibraryFilePathname.
I don't know where the backslash (\) comes from.
PR_GetLibraryFilePathname was added in NSPR 4.3, so
the library nspr4.dll you have must be an older
version. If you built nspr4.dll from sources, you
can get its version number by opening
mozilla/nsprpub/pr/include/pr/include/prinit.h. If
you only have the nspr4.dll binary, you can right-mouse
over its icon and select Properties, and then select the
Version tab.
