Continuing in my ongoing question to reduce the backlog of CA applications, I'm now soliciting final comments on the application from GRCA, bug 274106:

  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=274106

GRCA is the root for a PKI operated by the government of Taiwan, issuing certificates both for internal government use and for use by individual citizens, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and others in Taiwan. It resembles in many ways the Staat der Nederlanden CA operated by the Dutch government, a CA already approved for inclusion. Because it's not just a government-internal CA, GRCA in my opinion meets the test for relevance to typical Mozilla users.

The GRCA-rooted PKI does formal validation of organization and individual identity using government identity documents and related information. It has successfully completed a formal WebTrust audit.

Since this request seems pretty straightforward I'm going to have a relatively brief comment period (through the end of this week) and then I'll make my final decision.
