Yes, the second < should be a >. Thanks. I've fixed it.
If you have a similar question in the future, you can
first do a web search for "XXX Validation List", e.g.,
"HMAC Validation List". That'll bring you to a NIST page
with information on the algorithm modes that can be tested.
This information is also on our algorithm certificates.
Let me know if there's someone/where else to notify for this. I don't
want to spam the group with this little stuff...
I guess you can notify the vendor contact persons on
the FIPS algorithm certificates we already received.
