But options are for all user certificates. Automatic or manual.
If a SERVER A request certificate of CA 2 (included in SERVER A ring) made for SERVER B, mozilla will send user certificate (and datum of SERVER B) for SERVER B to SERVER A (if SERVER A is trusted or warning is accepted).
In manual mode use of certificates is very difficult.
I only think about this, nothing more.
