I have noticed some build failures recently that are intermittent and have the following signature:
* at least one instance of `error: Connection to server timed out` * seems to happen when building C libraries using cmake My guess is that this is either related to the jobserver integration or sccache. I'm not sure what's involved with debugging it, but at least people can recognize it and retry the build with confidence.
