Sometimes I come across issues in our issue tracker that looks like they might be a good fit for someone without a lot of experience contributing to Servo. Most of the time these issues do not contain enough information to make me confident that it is actually appropriate for such a contributor. Previously I kept a mental list of issues that I could come back to at a later time; usually I forget about them and never do.

I've added a new label to the issue tracker - E-candidate-for-mentoring. I'm going to apply it to issues more optimistically when my intuition says that it might be appropriate, but I don't have the time or experience necessary to provide a thorough description of the expected work to resolve it.

I encourage other experienced members of the team to both add the label to issues that fit (e.g. https://github.com/servo/servo/issues/15894), as well as peruse the list regularly to see if there are any issues that could be converted into E-easy or `E-less easy` by adding actionable information to it.

Cheers,
Josh
