I am trying to implement the MutationObserver Constructor as described here: https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-mutationobserver-mutationobserver.
I am not sure how to access the unit of related similar-origin browsing contexts' list of MutationObserver objects. Can someone guide me on how to access this?
