Occasionally I see people on IRC looking for things to work on, or
asking what to do if Servo Starters doesn't show anything appropriate.
I'd like to experiment with having them leave comments in
https://github.com/servo/servo/issues/15162 so we can keep track of
them, and remove their comments as we find things for them to work on.
Please funnel people there if you notice them asking for help but not
receiving it!
