The PR to enable testing Webrender on the CI machines against OSMesa has
landed (https://github.com/servo/servo/pull/13382).
This should have no effect on most people.
However, we may start seeing some different and seemingly unrelated
intermittent failures, due to the different timing of the tests now that
they are running with a different renderer.
If we *do* see a lot of new intermittent failures, we can roll back the
PR above to investigate - although hopefully we don't need to do that!
