This is very exciting! Shing, since you will be there in-person, if you could capture some of the difficulties that people encounter when first getting started - even if they overcome it themselves - I'd really appreciate it! I don't have a good sense for how many people give up on contributing to Servo before they ever reach the point of hitting the IRC channel, etc., and this seems like a good opportunity to identify some of those difficulties.
