The last thing I was told is that we would be landing Servo commits to a branch 
that is *never* backed out. So, that would either be directly into m-c or into 
an autolander branch that is always directly merged into m-c by sheriffs at 
some point.

Backouts came up in the discussion, and I tried to make it pretty clear that 
they are not compatible with a GitHub-style development model (even if you 
*could* hypothetically do crazy things like force-pushing rewritten histories 
to master). It would definitely break the Servo contributor experience if the 
default PR rebasing workflow became unreliable.
