We will probably start by downloading the UA exceptions a first time, as we don't have any support in Servo for background checking of new versions of itself or any of the resources we'd like to be able to update. I suspect that support will come sooner rather than later, though, as there's a lot of interest in being able to stream down things like updates to our HTML browser UI or A/B test different versions of it on different portions of our (currently nonexistent...) user base.
