While I enjoy writing TWiS, sometimes I'm rather busy and/or forget (like for the past two weeks).
Additionally, I can't keep track of all of our submodules and I do end up missing changes here and there. So I'm proposing we start collaborating on TWiS. Josh and Keegan have already contributed to some drafts, and I've been locally using drafts too. I have a small writeup on the wiki here <https://github.com/servo/blog.servo.org/wiki> which has instructions/scripts for finding newbies and whatnot. Basically, whenever you see or make a change (on Servo or a dependency) which you think belongs in TWiS, don't hesitate add it to the notable changes section in the draft! (nothing wrong about adding your own changes). If we incrementally write it through the week, it becomes simple to finish it up after the meeting and publish.
