[dev-servo] Feature `debugmozjs` includes `js/debugmozjs` which is neither a dependency nor another feature

A recently merged PR enabled optional debug SpiderMonkey builds, but it 
also requires you to bootstrap your Cargo again before you can continue 
building master.

../mach bootstrap-cargo --force
